Our homes are supported by excellent staff with high-quality levels of leadership and skills to provide therapeutic ethos centered around developing and focusing on young people being actively involved in their own journey towards integration into society as well-rounded, safe individuals.
All of the properties are substantial, well-considered homes, located in safe places for Children to live and grow. The homes are maintained to the highest of standards and all children are encouraged to participate in communal living whilst maintaining the privacy of their own, personalized and individual bedrooms.
Our staff are trained to recognize the impact of numerous placement breakdowns and are well experienced in developing attachments with engaging young people to bring genuine care.
We at New Focus Support recognize the vital role that Education plays in the development of a child’s future and our adults work tirelessly to support Children to obtain the highest possible standard. Children are encouraged to independence through a carefully designed program aimed to push young people to demonstrate safe behavior and gain trust.
Our home provides weekly mentoring programs that help to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their respective careers/ fields of business development.
